Dear USF Community,
Ellucian will perform maintenance to upgrade our student degree evaluation system, Degree Works, on Monday, November 24, 2025, from 1:30 to 9:30 A.M.
Students, faculty, and staff will not have access to degree evaluations, and the Graduation Center will be unable to process substitutions, waivers, or Change of Academic Program requests during this maintenance.
This is a necessary upgrade to bring USF to a supported version of Degree Works. Please get in touch with our office at catalog@usfca.edu with any questions or concerns.
