As a reminder, any materials that have been placed in an area that may have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus may be a source of infection. Coronavirus can live on surfaces for minutes to days. The virus can last 24 hours on cardboard and from minutes to 5 days on paper and longer on metal surfaces. Be aware of where you place materials and remember to clean the surface before placing something on it.

Don’t forget about your phone and laptop. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning and disinfecting. If no guidance, use alcohol-based wipes or sprays containing at least 70% alcohol. Dry surface thoroughly.
