Student Advisory Board

The Office of Diversity Engagement and Community Outreach Student Advisory Board is an opportunity for both undergraduate and graduate students to engage with each other and the DECO staff - primarily Vice Provost and Chief Diversity Officer Mary J. Wardell Ghirarduzzi - to address issues pertaining to diversity, equity, and inclusion at the University of San Francisco.

In addition to advising Dr. Wardell-Ghirarduzzi, the board will work alongside DECO to create programs, workshops, and resources that can contribute to fostering an inclusive campus culture. Members will also participate in trainings and workshops that will increase their knowledge and awareness of current social and cultural issues with the goal of becoming active allies for USF’s diverse community.
