The benefits of a regular meditation practice are countless: increasing one’s attention span, developing equanimity during times of stress, deepening a sense of gratitude, increased peacefulness, and calming anxiety. Try it out at one of our introductory sessions offered Mondays at 12 and 12:30 p.m. (each session is thirty minutes) and Thursdays at 5 and 5:30 p.m. In the Multifaith Meditation Room, ground floor of Toler Hall, next to the statue of Pedro Arrupe.

Led by Jesuit graduate fellow and meditation instructor, Fr. Vincent Pereppadan, S.J. Open to USF students, faculty, and staff. Drop-ins are welcome.
