On-Campus Event - — Monihan Atrium, Gleeson Library

Have you ever wondered how honey goes from the hive to the jar? This event features honey frames from our hives on campus. You will learn how to uncap a frame, spin out the honey, filter it, and collect it in a jar. Please note that bees are not required for this process, so this will be a bee-free event. In addition, the USF Seed Library will bring free vegetable, herb, and flower seeds so you can try your hand at growing something nutritious or beautiful... or both! Led by Richard Hsu and Joe Murphy

This event is part of GoUSF’s Earth Month Environmental Justice Programming
