GoUSF: Communication Skills for the Workplace - Part 1

This seminar will focus on the basic communication skills necessary to deliver messages succinctly without the risk of being misunderstood. These skills will provide the tools to engage with others when there are differences in perspective, which if not handled well can escalate into conflict. The problem-solving template will help when you need to approach someone with an issue that must be addressed.  And we will review what a healthy workplace consists of. Given how much time we spend with each other at work, we want to maximize opportunities to work alongside each other in harmony by communicating effectively and respectfully. Led by Concern EAP
