The deadline to apply for the following positions for the 2020-2021 academic year is Monday, December 2, 2019 at 11:59 p.m.
All new RA, CA, and SGH applicants must have attended a mandatory info session in order to be eligible for the position(s). See dates below. If you are a student who's studying abroad or taking a leave of absence this year but still want to apply, please see the paragraph below.*

Mandatory Training Dates
Students who are hired as SHaRE student staff will be required to attend training dates for their respective position. Below are the training dates for all positions. You MUST be available during these dates should you be offered a position within SHaRE.

What if I'm studying abroad but still want to apply?*
Students who are studying abroad or taking a leave of absence either during Fall 2019 or Spring 2020 who will not be able to attend an info session and/or an individual interview or group process can still apply for SHaRE student positions for the 2020-2021 year. Here's how:
To be considered for a position or positions in SHaRE, students must apply and send two reference letters to firstname.lastname@example.org by the December 2nd deadline at 11:59 PST. This means the application must be submitted by this time and the email containing the two reference letters must be sent by this time.
Who should you choose to be your references?
We advise you to pick references who would be able to speak to your teamwork, leadership skills, and/or your ability to fulfill the responsibilities of a student leader within SHaRE. For example, acceptable references may include a previous or current supervisor or employer or any faculty/staff members. References cannot come from family members.
