Dons Spirit 100 Challenge:
HPS and GoUSF are challenging you to get outside, wherever you are, to complete 100 miles of running, walking, hiking, biking, swimming, and/or wheel-chairing during the month of October in our Dons Spirit 100 Mile Challenge. That’s about 3 miles per day – you can do it!
Students can share their "Get Fit" photos and videos with us by tagging us on social media @usfhps on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook or tag #GoDonsGetFit. We'll share it with the rest of the USF community.
The Health Promotion Services office will help you register and then send you a confirmation email with your easy to remember password. Need Help Registering for the Go Dons Get Fit challenge
