If you cannot attend our upcoming workshops, you can request the workshop from our office for your group, as well as other health education topics, such as nutrition education and stress management. In addition, we encourage faculty who will be traveling to a conference, are out sick, or offering extra credit for their students to schedule a workshop with our office.

Students and community members will learn about standard alcohol servings, how to drink responsibly (and what that even means), and reflect on their own drinking habits. For those who don't drink (or not drinking yet), discover how to be an active bystander and how to assist your peers who may have had a bit too much to drink. Open to ALL students.
This workshop is tailored to USF students who need support navigating health care resources. Participants will learn about resources both on the USF campus that are available to them, as well as terms and definitions they might need to know for their own health insurance.
This workshop series explores finding motivation and goal setting for nutrition and exercise, the benefits of exercise (beyond just physical!), tips for eating healthy with limited time and budget, and exploring campus services and resources at and around USF that can help boost your nutrition and exercise habits!
This workshop teaches students how to utilize techniques to manage COVID-19-related stress and anxiety as well as ways to navigate social life on- and off-campus. Participants will engage in different stress and anxiety relief strategies and obtain resources to managing stress.
In this workshop, students will learn about the USF tobacco-free and e-cigarettes policy in an effort to promote a safe and healthy learning and work environment for the USF community.

A person who is resilient has the ability to succeed in the day-to-day demands of school, work, and relationships. Physical, mental, emotional, and social resiliencies are the four different types discussed during this workshop for students. Learn ways to implement at least one type of resiliency for daily living.

In addition, Health Promotion Services, in collaboration with CAPS and Human Resources' GoUSF, offers a free training called QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention training. Learn more about how to become a certified Gatekeeper
