Practicing gratitude at least 3 times a week is proven to offer a host of benefits, including: stronger immune system, exercise more and take better care of yourself, more alert, alive and awake, more joy and pleasure, feel less lonely and isolated.

Join us for Daily Mass with the Jesuits |Monday – Thursday | 12 p.m. | Jesuit Chapel at Loyola House
- Say thank you to a friend, family member, colleague or yourself
- Write a thank you note
- Count your blessings
- Write in a gratitude journal
- Pray or meditate
- Help a stranger
