Practicing gratitude at least 3 times a week is proven to offer a host of benefits, including: stronger immune system, exercise more and take better care of yourself, more alert, alive and awake, more joy and pleasure, feel less lonely and isolated.

Ways to practice gratitude

  • Attend the Creating Healthy Teams Seminar | Wednesday, Nov. 8, 11am, led by Concern EAP
  • We welcome you to take time enjoy the beauty around us. Join us for the annual Sacred Spaces Gratitude Walk. | TBD  | Led by Fr. Donal S.J., Meet at the Loyola House, all are welcome!
  • Join us for Daily Mass with the Jesuits |Monday – Thursday | 12 p.m. | Jesuit Chapel at Loyola House

  • Say thank you to a friend, family member, colleague or yourself
  • Write a thank you note
  • Count your blessings
  • Write in a gratitude journal
  • Pray or meditate
  • Help a stranger
