ACA Timesheet Requirement

Use the ACA P-Org when submitting EPAFs for adjunct faculty to generate a timesheet for hours time collection to comply with the Affordable Care Act (ACA). These hours do not affect pay.

Other Tips

Course Cancellation

  • If a course is cancelled before the start of the semester, do not include units on the EPAF.
  • If a course is cancelled after classes begin, use a unit equivalency to reflect hours worked.

Directed Studies (Units field)

  • For classes that are converted to directed studies, provide units as 1/10 of the original amount.
