Who: All USF students (new and continuing; undergrad and graduate), Faculty, and Staff can participate for free. You can complete any or all challenges on your own. Or if you want to get paired up and meet someone new every week, email us.
What: 11 weeks of fun-filled recreational activities this semester
When: Begins Monday, August 31 through November 15, 2020
Where: Virtually
Why: Meet, engage, and do fun activities “together”; connecting all USF students from around the world
How: Follow us on IG for weekly challenge releases. Submit a photo via IG Direct Message (DM). Winners will be selected at random and announced every week!
WEEK CHALLENGE DESCRIPTION
Week #1:
8/31 - 9/6
Share Your Hobbies Share your hobbies, passions, and interests. From cooking to photography to dancing or even a cool hidden talent!
Week #2:
9/7 - 9/13
Trick Shot Contest Shoot a video (no more than 1 minute) of you doing your most creative trick shot (ex.: basketball, indoor golf-putting/chipping, soccer shots, ping-pong, trashketball, etc.).

9/14 - 9/20
Attend a Workshop Attend one of our FREE workshops this week: Fitness 101 (T @ 4pm), Self Defense 101 (W @ 1:30pm), Running 101 (Th @ 3pm), and Yoga 101 (F @ 3:45pm) Contact fitness@usfca.edu to request Zoom link. 
Week #4:
9/21 - 9/27
 
Local Exploration Week Explore local outdoor recreation and discovery spots in your hometown. Download our destination bingo card and complete any three in a row sequence. Grab a housemate/family member on these mini adventures to give us a glimpse of your city/town you live in.
Week #5:
9/28 - 10/4
Virtual 5K Track yourself on a walk or run (3.11 miles) from the comfort of your home or a local outdoor trail using the free Nike Run Club app or any tracking app! You can download our free bib design too.
Week #6:
10/5 - 10/11
Sports Trivia Week Test your knowledge on everything sports related. Live and on-going trivia sessions throughout the week! Event times and links to follow.
Week #7:
10/12 - 10/18
Mindfulness Week Your wellness is important! Focus this week on self-care. Show us how you’re taking care of yourself. We’ll be providing mindfulness activities daily.
Week #8:
10/19 - 10/25
Week of Gratitude Expressing your gratitude on a regular basis makes you happier and healthier! With the holidays around the corner, what are you grateful for? A family member, your heritage, someone who inspires you, music you love, something you created, your favorite memory this semester, a challenge you overcame, etc.
Week #9:
10/26 - 11/1
Live Halloween Contests Join us this week for fun and live-Halloween-themed events such as Costume Contest & Paint a Pumpkin. Event times and links to follow.
 
Week #10:
11/2 - 11/8
Virtual Half Marathon Track yourself on a walk or run (13.11 miles) from the comfort of your home or a local outdoor trail using the free Nike Run Club app or any tracking app! Achieve the goals you set for yourself with our training programming from USF personal trainer, Dom Wall.
Week #11:
11/9 - 11/15
National Hiking Week With over 60,000 miles of trails in the National Trail System across the 50 states, join us for our last challenge - an early tribute to National Hiking Week! We can’t wait to see the photos from your hike! #optoutside
