Daniel Levine Cook ’92 Scholarship
2015 Award Amount: $10,000
Description: Priority is given to a Jewish applicant who shows academic promise
Application Requirements: Continuing student must have minimum of $10,000 in unmet financial need. Please submit resume, transcript (unofficial is acceptable), and an essay on the subject below to levison@usfca.edu
Daniel Levine Cook was a sports fanatic, a dead-head, and a passionate supporter of Israel. Please describe how your interests or influences and passions intersect with his and how your goals may or may not follow a similar trajectory. 

John Scully Memorial Scholarship
2015 Award Amount: $3,000
Description: For a student with a love of the outdoors. 
Application Requirements: Continuing student must have unmet financial need. To apply please submit a two-page typed letter addressing how the applicant enjoys outdoor activities and how their own life adheres to the values of the outdoors. Please submit documents to levison@usfca.edu   

Doug Raskin ’87 Memorial Scholarship
2015 Award Amount: $3,000
Description: Awarded to a continuing student who exemplifies the spirit of adventure and love of life exhibited by Douglas Raskin.
Application Requirements: Applicants must have at least $3,000 in unmet need. To apply please send transcript (unofficial version is ok), resume, and a two-page typed letter on the topic below to levison@usfca.edu
Past experiences and adventure; interest in helping others; participation in athletics and recreational activities, importance of friends and family, and scholastic achievement.

Agnes O’Brien Smith ’41 Scholarship
2015 Award Amount: $8,000
Description: Awarded to a continuing student who shows academic excellence, leadership, and community service.

John Flynn Memorial Scholarship
2015 Award Amount: $1,800
Description: Awarded to a continuing student with an interest in maritime law
Application Requirements: Applicants must have at least $1,800 in unmet need. Please submit the following documents to levison@usfca.edu: transcript (unofficial version ok), resume, and 250-word essay demonstrating applicant’s interest in municipal law or land use law. 

Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt Scholarship
2015 Award Amount: $2,500
Description: Awarded to a continuing student who shows a commitment to diversity. Priority is given to applicants of African American, Native American, Latino/a, or Asian descent
Application Requirements: Applicants must have at least $2,500 in unmet need. To apply please submit the following documents to levison@usfca.edu: transcript (unofficial version ok), resume, 250-word essay explaining your commitment to diversity. 

Daniel J. Curtin, Jr. ’57 Scholarship or Stipend
2015 Award Amount: $7,500 
Description: Awarded to a continuing student with an interest in land use or municipal law
Application Requirements: Applicants must have at least $2,500 in unmet need. To apply please submit the following documents to levison@usfca.edu: transcript (unofficial version ok), resume, one-page, typed essay demonstrating applicant’s interest in municipal law or land use law. 

Women Lawyers Committee Scholarship for a Transitional Student
2015 Award Amount: $10,000
Description: Awarded to an incoming male or female student who has been out of school for at least five years 
Application Requirements: Student must also have at least $10K in unmet need. To apply please submit the following documents to levison@usfca.edu: transcript (unofficial version ok), resume, and essay (double-spaced, no more than 2 pages) that specifies past involvement with community service and career plans upon completion of law degree.
