Step 3: Accept Your Financial Aid

A quick reminder: In order to verify and accept your financial aid offer from USF, you'll need to have set up your myUSF account. You also should have already completed your FAFSA. Once we have these items, the Financial Aid office will send you both a paper award letter and email when your offer is ready to review.

Beginning March 21, you may log in to myUSF to review and accept the award.

Important: To accept your financial aid award, you may be required to submit additional documents. Please visit the Financial Aid Guide for newly admitted students for more information on how to view and accept your financial aid award. All financial aid requirements must be completed by June 5 for your aid to show as a credit on the July billing statement.

Deadline: May 5 or within 30 days of receipt of your award notice, whichever is later.

Undocumented Students

Although undocumented students are not eligible to receive federal aid, there are a variety of scholarships, grants, and loans for which you may be eligible, including Cal Grants or University Grants through the California DREAM Act.
