Step 4: Send Final Documents to Admission

All students are required to provide the following documents as soon as they are available. These documents should be sent to USF directly from your school or testing agency.

Documents to submit

First-Year Students

  • Final high school transcripts. Even if you used unofficial transcripts in your application, we need your final official transcripts if you intend to enroll at USF. Your official transcripts should be sent to USF directly from your high school. Your counselor can email your final transcript to or use a platform like Naviance, Maia, SCOIR, etc., if your school uses one.
  • Official AP or IB exam score reports, sent to us directly from the testing agency.
  • Transcripts from any other college courses you were awarded credit for, if any.

Transfer Students

  • High school transcript or copy of diploma. Proof of high school graduation is required for all incoming transfer students
  • Updated transcripts for any college work not reflected on the degree evaluation at the time of admission. If you have college classes currently in progress, USF won’t be able to enter those credits until you've submitted your final grades. After you finish your classes, please have your school send an updated transcript.

If applicable

  • Official AP or IB exam score reports, sent to us directly from the testing agency.
