Step 1: Submit Enrollment Deposit

To confirm your enrollment and reserve your spot at USF, you must make a non-refundable enrollment deposit of $750 no later than two weeks after you receive your admission letter.

Important: Before submitting the deposit, you first need to create a myUSF account. If you have not done so already, please follow these instructions to create a myUSF account.

Payments may be made online by credit card, electronic check (eCheck), international bank draft, international bank wire, or personal check. Please see instructions below.


Pay online (recommended):
Log in to myUSF. Click on the "Deposit" button on the home screen and follow the instructions through the checkout process.

  • Click the "Deposit" button
  • Click "Undergraduate enrollment deposit for spring 2020"
  • Click "Continue"
  • Click "Proceed to Payment page"
  • Enter your credit card information

Pay by international bank wire (Flywire):

USF has partnered with Flywire to provide a streamlined way to make international wires for deposits and tuition payments. It's fast, simple, and secure, and works from any country at anytime.

To pay via Flywire, log into myUSF.

  • Click on the "View and Pay" button

  • In the "Your Account" box, click on "Make Payment"

  • Click on "Web Enrollment Deposit"

  • Fill in the amount of $750 and select the correct term (Spring 2020). Then click "Add to Charges to Pay."

  • On the next screen, verify that the amount is correct, and click "Checkout."

  • Select "International Payment - Flywire." Click "Continue Checkout."

  • You will directed to the USF page on Flywire. Please select your home country and include the amount of $750.

Pay by electronic check (eCheck) (for U.S.-based bank accounts only):

In order to pay by eCheck, you must have a U.S.-based bank account from which funds can be withdrawn. 

To pay your Enrollment Deposit online by eCheck, log in to myUSF.

  • Enter payment amount of $750
  • Select the spring 2020 term
  • Click "Add to Charges to Pay"

Please include the student ID (USF ID) from the acceptance letter in the memo of the check. International bank drafts may take several weeks to be cleared for payment to USF.


Pay by personal check:
If you'd like to pay by personal check, please complete the enrollment deposit form and include a check for $750 payable to the University of San Francisco. Please write the student ID (USF ID) from the acceptance letter on the memo line of the check.
