Step 13: Get Your USF One Card
All USF students are issued a university photo ID card called a USF One Card. A USF One Card is an important part of campus life, especially for those living in on-campus housing. You will need your One Card to move into your residence hall, access USF buildings and facilities, add funds to your meal plan and Don Dollars debit account, borrow books from the library, and more.
Upload a photo:
You'll need to upload a photo to your One Card account by January 7 so you can pick it up during International Student Orientation.
- You will need a recent color photograph of yourself facing directly towards the camera and showing your entire head and shoulders. Save the photo as a JPG or JPEG.
- Log in to One Card Online using your myUSF username and password
- Click on "Submit ID Photo" on the left side menu
- Click "Upload Photo" and submit your photo.
After submitting your photo, we'll email you to let you know if your photo was approved. If your photo is rejected, you will be asked to submit a new one.
Pick up your One Card
If your photo was approved, you can pick up your One Card at the the University Center first floor from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on January 14th, 2020. If you can't make it during those times, you can pick up your card at the University Center (UC) 5th floor during business hours.
Deadline: Upload a photo by January 7 so that your card will be ready for pickup at orientation
