The University of San Francisco (USF) is implementing a Salesforce constituent relationship management (CRM) platform to become a more connected campus. We will use Salesforce to get a complete picture of student lifecycle, from prospect to alumni, and to build stronger relationships with prospective and current students, alumni, potential donors, staff, faculty, and community and corporate partners.
