Overview

The University of San Francisco (USF) is implementing a Salesforce constituent relationship management (CRM) platform to become a more connected campus. We will use Salesforce to get a complete picture of student lifecycle, from prospect to alumni, and to build stronger relationships with prospective and current students, alumni, potential donors, staff, faculty, and community and corporate partners.Salesforce Communications and Governance Framework

Roadmap

We have a robust Salesforce roadmap with projects implemented for alumni and donor relations, student case management & tutoring registration. We are expanding the usage of Salesforce through a phased and iterative approach collaborating with USF leads from multiple functional areas and the five colleges.
