USF Support (ServiceNow)


USF Support is the USF branding of ServiceNow, a cloud-based platform that manages and automates IT enterprise services, which include Incident Management, Change Management, Project Portfolio Management, Configuration Management, Resource Management, Release Management, Risk Management, IT Governance, and Knowledge Management.

The ServiceNow platform allows for creation of custom applications for non-IT departments of which eight are in use at USF in areas such as CIPE, OMC, One Card, Student Enrollment Services, and Online Education.
