Institute Overview

The Leadership Training Institute (LTI) is a cohort-based institute that selects 20 students each semester to engage in a day-long immersion into CliftonStrengths. The Institute aims to bring together a diverse cohort of aspiring and established undergraduate leaders across class years, leadership experience, academic disciplines, involvement on campus, and social identities.

By engaging in a Leadership Training Institute, participants will leave the experience having completed the following:

  • Examine strengths-based leadership styles
  • Explore personal barriers to strengths-based leadership
  • Network with other student leaders
  • Craft strengths-based leadership goals

All LTI Participants receive the following:

  • CliftonStrengths Assessment ($19.99 value)
  • Food (Coffee/Tea, Lunch, and Dinner)
  • Personalized Signature Theme Report
  • Workbook & Pen
  • Personalized Journal & Strengths Sticker

Priority will be given to students who demonstrate on-campus involvement in registered student organizations.
