Serve in roles of decision making, advocacy, initiative planning, event planning, and more! There are several opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students to serve as a voice of student body on University Committees. Represent your peers in many aspects across campus.

Within ASUSF Senate, there are several committees for undergraduate students to be involved with. Committees meet weekly.

Graduate Student Senate Committees

Board of Trustees Committees

Students (undergraduate and graduate) are represented on the Board of Trustees committees. The commitment requires attendance at three meetings a year.

University Committees

Various campus entities host committees that have student representatives.

  • Academic Integrity Committee
    Upholds the standards of honesty and integrity from all members of the academic community. Responsible for oversight of the Honor Code and investigates alleged violations.
  • McCarthy Center Steering Committee
  • Presidents' Advisory Committee on the Status of Women
    Consisting of students, staff, and faculty, the committee exists to promote gender equity and justice in the University community.
  • University Council on Diversity and Inclusion
    Reviews initiatives and communicates campus diversity efforts. Strives to create an inclusive campus community and culture.
