Student Learning Outcomes Assessment Plan (SLOAP) Guidelines

A program assessment plan is a document that outlines student learning outcomes (SLOs) for academic, non-academic and co-curricular programs, and includes at a minimum, the program mission, assessment methods used to demonstrate the attainment of each outcome, results, evaluation of results, and continuous improvement. The existing assessment plans are under revision as part of the Office of Assessment continuous improvement efforts.
