Card Replacements

Report a Lost or Found One Card

If you lose or misplace your USF One Card, deactivate it immediately by visiting our Lost Card Reporting page and selecting "Report Card Lost". *You may be responsible for transactions made with your account while it is lost. Reporting it as missing will minimize both the potential for fraudulent use, as well as your liability for usage.

Once a physical USF One Card is replaced by your mobile credential, it cannot be reactivated. If you report your One Card as lost (but have not yet replaced it), simply visit our Lost Card Reporting page and select “Report Found Card” to ensure it is active once it is found. There is no cost to have a current card reactivated.

Automatic Entitlement Transfer

Access, entitlements, and debit accounts are not on your USF One Card itself. Rather, they are retrieved when you tap your USF One Card. Should you need to replace your USF One Card, your access, entitlements, and funds automatically will appear when your account is reactivated.

Physical One Card Replacement Fee

Please note that any physical card replacement requests will need to be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis as the University has moved to mobile credentials.
