University of San Francisco Study Abroad Fair

Fair Fees: $150.00 online registration and paper check payment by Friday, September 1, 2017.  Registration fee includes lunch and a parking permit-- an extra $25 will apply for each additional representative.  Fees are waived for Sponsored program representatives.

Fair Inclusions: One representative per exhibitor table; lunch and drink; one parking permit; opportunity to promote study, work, intern, and volunteer abroad programs to USF students in addition to highlighting your programs via campus web, social media, and printed flyers.

Materials: You may send your materials to us in advance as we do not provide unloading and/or transportation services.  Please be sure to mark your program name and Study Abroad Fair on the boxes.  Please be sure the packages arrive after Thursday, August 31, 2017 and no later than Friday, September 8, 2017. We will have them ready for pick-up on the day of the fair at the check-in table.  Following is our mailing address:University of San Francisco

San Francisco, CA 94117Parking: If you requested a parking permit, enter the Lower Campus at the Info Kiosk on Golden Gate Avenue between Roselyn Terrace and Tamalpais Terrace.  Upon entrance, you will see a parking attendant in the Info Kiosk.  Give the attendant your name and you will receive your parking permit for the day.  Ask the attendant for the different parking locations around campus.

Check-in: Please make your way to the Center for Global Education (CGE) check-in table to receive important fair information.  We will be located in Gleeson Plaza and you may check in as early as 10:30am.

Tables: Display tables are limited and are on a first come, first served basis.  Please remember to bring your organization's identification signs or banners, table drapes, and name tags as these will not be provided.

Lunch: The registration fee includes lunch. If you would like to purchase additional lunches, other beverages, snacks or breakfast upon arrival, there are two convenient locations (Crossroads Cafe and Market Cafe) located in the University Center on the 1st and 2nd floors, respectively.

Student Lists: In order for us to track how many students attend the fair and include these students on our mailing list, we would appreciate a copy of your student sign-up sheets after the fair. REGISTER NOW
