All visitors to USF are expected to follow our community guidelines. Visitors must complete symptom monitoring and avoid coming to campus if they do not feel well. Visitors must wear face coverings while indoors in any university building regardless of vaccination status. Signage will be posted on campus reminding everyone of these community guidelines and expectations.
To ensure clear communication of these guidelines, the group that is sponsoring a visitor or event (e.g. academic departments, admissions, athletics, development events, student housing, etc.) is responsible for ensuring that their visitors understand visitor expectations. Business units that host visitors are being asked to build these visitor expectations into their existing workflows (e.g. SEM will build visitor expectations into their booking site, residence hall desks will build into their check-in policies and protocols, athletics will build the process into their ticket sales, etc.).
