Student Housing is now accepting housing applications for current undergraduate, law, and graduate students who want to live on-campus during summer 2024. In order to be eligible to live on campus, students are expected to be enrolled in at least 1 summer course. If you have extenuating circumstances or have other reasons for staying in the city, we encourage you to apply for consideration. Please read the below information before beginning your application.

How Do I Apply?

Before applying, please read the following information to ensure you apply using the correct housing application.

  • Log in to USFRooms
  • Select the button “Apply for Summer Housing”
  • Select the application term "Summer 2024." School of Law and Graduate students should apply under the "Summer 2024 - SA" term.

We will accept applications on a rolling basis, but we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition from your spring housing assignment to summer housing.

Did you know? You do not need to live on campus the entire summer. On your application, indicate the dates you need housing and as such, you will only be billed for the nights you need housing. Also, we don’t have any housing cancellation fees during summer!

Summer Housing Accommodations

On-campus summer housing is available from May 19th at 5 p.m. until August 10th at 12 p.m. for undergraduates and from May 19th at 5 p.m. until July 27th at 12 p.m. for graduate students.

Summer school housing for undergraduate students will be in Lone Mountain North Residence Hall for summer 2024. Undergraduate students of all classifications and programs will be housed in this traditional style co-ed residence hall in double and single rooms.

Current spring residents can apply to continue to live in the same Lone Mountain North room for the summer. All students who are approved to live in Lone Mountain North are required to have a meal plan for $27 per day.

Graduate and law students interested in summer housing will be in St. Anne's Community. No meal plan will be required.
