The Fall 2024 filing period will be May 1-May 15.
Please note:
- Review the tuition remission section on the tuition benefits web page
- A new, separate form must be submitted for each semester that the tuition remission benefit is requested
- Additional documentation, listed on the terms and conditions web page, must be submitted to tuitionremission@usfca.edu.
- Submitting this form indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions and the tuition remission plan.
