Friday, March 22, 2:00 p.m:  TE KUHANE O TE TUPUNA  "THE SPIRIT OF OUR ANCESTORS" 
This documentary explores the social and political landscape of the island of Rapa Nui, a Chilean territory, as the indigenous Polynesian people attempt to claim back what is rightfully theirs — the lost Moai, Hoa Haka Nanaia, a cultural artifact now in the permanent collection of the British Museum.

Leitis in Waiting is a raw yet tender portrait of Joey Mataele and the Tonga leitis, an intrepid group of native transgender women fighting a rising tide of religious fundamentalism and intolerance in their South Pacific Kingdom.
