Student Conduct, Rights and Responsibilities
COVID-19 Update: In order to facilitate a safer turn to campus, we as a USF community must all do our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Both University Policies and Residential Policies have been updated to comply with guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the City and County of San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) and modification will be in place until further notice. Failure to follow guidelines put in place will result in a referral to the student conduct process for students.
Please review USF’s COVID-19 On Campus page for more information.
The Office of Student Conduct, Rights and Responsibilities (OSCRR) is responsible for the overall administration and management of the University's conduct process involving nonacademic student misconduct.
Employing an educational approach emphasizing personal accountability and responsibility, OSCRR works to ensure just and prompt resolution of allegations of misconduct.
We work closely with other departments on campus to prevent and respond to misconduct and strive to create an environment that fosters integrity while promoting an ethic of care:
Take care of yourself; Take care of each other; Take care of this place.
