USF Bookstore Rental Return Update
All students can find information on how to return rented textbooks for the spring 2020 semester below and on the bookstore myUSF page. Additionally, all rental return information has been emailed from Follett/USF Bookstore to students using the email address associated with their rental accounts.
The rental return policy is as follows:
- Students must mail rented books to the bookstore once they are done with them.
- The official due date will remain Monday, May 18. However, the bookstore has added a 15-day grace period to allow extra time for shipping.
- The bookstore will not charge late fees, send anyone to collections, or suspend rental accounts until June 30, 2020.
- Free shipping labels will be provided to all domestic students. (The bookstore is working on a free shipping solution for international students and will provide an update as details become available.)
Instructions on how to generate and print the label will be included in the rental return reminder email students will receive closer to the due date of May 18.
