The Center for Global Education is dedicated to the development of academic and immersion programs throughout the world and to the creation of an educational environment at home and abroad where students are challenged and inspired to enhance their social and intellectual awareness by exploring different cultures, lifestyles, values, and beliefs.

The Center supports the Vision, Mission, and Values of the University of providing a global perspective to educate leaders from the United States and from other countries who will fashion a more humane and just world.

Study Abroad Information Meeting

Why: Learn about all the study abroad opportunities available to you, how to apply, and hear from study abroad ambassadors!

SIT Workshop

When: Tuesday, February 11, 2020, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Where: McLaren 250

Designed for study abroad directors and directors to deepen their understanding of SIT's programs and best practices in the field of international higher education.


Study Abroad Fair

When: Thursday, February 13, 2020, 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Where: Gleeson Plaza
Why: Check out various study abroad opportunities, meet with program representatives & study abroad alumni, and get all your questions about study abroad answered!

Visa Workshops

Visa workshops are only offered for the following countries: France, Italy, and Spain.  Visa workshops serve to provide students with visa application instructions and information, but it is the student's responsibility to obtain their visa. 

Visa workshops for the Spring 2020 semester will take place March 31- April 3, 2020.  More details to come later.
