Important Dates and Updates
- We are still accepting Spring 2026 housing applications!
- The 2026-2027 Academic Year housing application is live for all students as of February 1, 2026 on USFRooms.
- For information about Continuing Student Room Selection, please go to our Continuing Students page.
- For information about the First Year Residency Requirement and Transfer Student Housing, please go to our First Year and Transfer page.
- For information about Graduate and Law Student Housing, please go to our Graduate and Law Students page.
- The Spring 2026 room change process is open on USFRooms until Sunday, April 26th.
- The Summer 2026 housing application will go live soon for continuing students! More information is available on our Summer Housing page.
- Important Spring Information:
- Spring Break (Residence Halls Remain Open): Monday, March 16, 2026 to Friday, March 20, 2026
- Spring Room Change Request Deadline: Sunday, April 26, 2026
- Spring Move-Out Date for ALL Buildings: Saturday, May 23, 2026
- Summer Housing Begins: Sunday, May 24, 2026
