CAS Centennial Planning Hub
Welcome to the Centennial Planning Hub for the College of Arts and Sciences!
Since its founding in 1925, the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of San Francisco has been a place where innovation, academic excellence, and a deep commitment to social justice have come together in powerful ways. For nearly 100 years, our students, faculty, staff, and alumni have lived out USF’s Jesuit mission — to educate minds and hearts for others — shaping a better world through leadership, creativity, and service.
As we approach our centennial, we have a remarkable opportunity to honor our past, celebrate our present, and imagine an even brighter future. This milestone is more than a marker of time — it is a tribute to the people who have built a vibrant community of scholars, artists, scientists, and changemakers here on the Hilltop and beyond.
Our centennial celebration will be guided by a clear vision and a set of shared goals that reflect the spirit and values of the College of Arts and Sciences. Together, we will engage in a celebration that is dynamic, inclusive, forward-looking, and proudly rooted in our Jesuit tradition.
Join us in shaping this historic moment — and in building a foundation for the next 100 years of innovation, connection, and impact.
