USF Campus Climate Survey Timeline

In 2017, the University of San Francisco participated in its first comprehensive campus climate administered by Rankin & Associates. The survey of all students, staff, and faculty was designed to assess the, "current attitudes, behaviors, and standards of employees and students concerning the access for, inclusion of, and level of respect for individual group needs, abilities, and potential" (Rankin & Reason, 2008). From September 19th to October 27th, 2017, 4,486 people completed the survey for an overall response rate of 34%. Of this number, 45% were undergraduate students, 26% were graduate students, 15% were staff members, and 13% were faculty.

Below is the timeline of the survey process as well as a summary of current initiatives to guide community engagement with the survey data.
