¡Ánimo! Latiné WellBeing and SelfCare Series

¡Ánimo! is a word used in the Latiné community to share encouragement, motivation, and uplifting vibes. Inspired by that spirit, this drop-in series offers Latiné students a supportive space to connect and learn tools to reduce stress and support well-being in college.
