Online — Take the USF NCHA Survey
All students undergraduate and graduate are invited to take the National Collegiate Health Assessment — a cornerstone of our health initiatives since 2006. The survey will be open until March 14, 2025 and is organized by the American College Health Association (ACHA) on behalf of the Title IX Office and Health Promotion Services with support from the Jesuit Foundation Grant.
Why Your Participation Matters:
The NCHA is our pulse check on our campus health, covering everything from mental well-being to nutrition habits. Your input directly influences our programming and resource allocation. In other words, your voice helps create the healthier campus we all want to see!
