Navigating Power and Conflict Workshop

Join the FORWARD Initiative for a workshop surrounding Navigating Power Dynamics and Conflict in the Workplace. Explore how power shapes the way we experience and navigate conflict in the workplace. Through interactive activities, we will examine our positionality and how it influences our approaches to conflict, then identify and practice adaptive strategies for responding effectively and thoughtfully across power dynamics—such as dominance, support, autonomy, and more. This event will be facilitated by Allegra Chen-Carrel and Lisa Mayorga and is co-sponsored by INSJ, ADEI, and Staff Council.
