The Protecting Migrants Fundraiser is a night of community designed to raise funds for a chosen non-profit providing accessible resources to our local immigrant and refugee communities, while connecting passionate students with opportunities to get involved. The event will be a collaboration with student performers, other non-profits to share their resources, and on-campus student organizations.

Who is Supporting Immigrants and Refugees Club (SIRC)? The purpose of SIRC is to bring together individuals from all backgrounds to raise awareness and support communities impacted by anti-immigration policies. Through advocacy, empowerment, and the provision of resources, we strive to create meaningful change. SIRC provides students with opportunities to give back directly to our communities through volunteering, fundraising, and partnerships with local organizations. We also stand in solidarity with all marginalized groups and are committed to fighting for justice for all. This purpose does not contradict the University’s mission or its Catholic, Jesuit character. Stay informed by following on Instagram @usfcasirc.
