This Tai Chi Workshop will be led by Dr. Mike J. Ng, a local San Franciscan (and a USF grad!) who has been teaching wellness through the martial arts for several years. This class will be suitable for practitioners of all levels, including beginners. Also note that Dr. Ng’s teachings will be directed toward students in HONC 303: Global Humanities, and PHIL 482: Zen Buddhism Seminar.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
