Artificial intelligence is rapidly evolving from predictive models and generative AI assistants to autonomous agents capable of reasoning, making decisions, and orchestrating complex business processes. But what does it really take to move AI from experimentation to enterprise-scale impact?
In this session, Raghu Banda draws on over two decades of enterprise technology and AI experience to explore how organizations are navigating the transition toward intelligent and increasingly autonomous enterprises.
The discussion will examine the evolution of enterprise AI, the emergence of agentic systems, the challenges of integrating AI into existing business processes, and the importance of trust, governance, and human oversight.
Looking ahead, the session will also explore how AI is reshaping the future of work and what aspiring data scientists, AI engineers, and technology leaders need to know to thrive in an AI-driven world.
About the Speaker
Raghu Banda is an Enterprise Architect and AI & Innovation Advisor at SAP, with over 25 years of experience spanning enterprise architecture, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and digital transformation. He advises global enterprises on AI adoption, agentic AI, and the evolution toward autonomous enterprises, bridging emerging technologies with real-world business outcomes.
Raghu is the author of three books: Implementing Machine Learning with SAP S/4HANA (SAP Press), Building Social Equity with AI (Apress), and his latest, Agentic AI with SAP (SAP Press, 2026).
He also hosts the XTraw AI podcast, engaging with global innovators and thought leaders on the future of AI. A member of the University of San Francisco’s MSIS Advisory Board and a frequent speaker at industry and academic forums, Raghu champions responsible, scalable, and impactful AI adoption.
