mySOMadvantage (powered by Suitable) is a School of Management undergraduate initiative designed to track our students’ journey and the business and leadership skills they develop when participating in co-curricular, extra-curricular, academic, and other engagement activities at SOM, USF, and beyond.
1. To begin, you will need to download the Suitable app.

2. Sign in to mySOMadvantage with your USFCA email address. No need to register!
3. Explore the list of activities and start your mySOMadvantage experience today!
You can check your achievements, scorecard, and the current leaderboard by clicking on the 3 bar icon on the menu bar of the Suitable app.
Your student experience at USF is about so much more than just attending classes. mySOMadvantage connects you with activities and events that help you grow your personal and professional experience. Participation in mySOMadvantage will help you develop tools that will aid you in launching a successful career. As you complete tasks and earn badges, your portfolio will grow and you can use this to showcase your experience, skills, and achievements that are valued by potential employers.
Here are a few words you should be familiar with while participating in mySOMadvantage:
Activity: Activities are both tasks and events
Task: An activity that you can create that includes a written reflection or photo/video/document submission; all tasks must be approved by a mySOMadvantage administrator
Event: An activity that you can create, which includes a QR code or approval by a mySOMadvantage administrator
