Name Badge Options

Personalized line information is necessary to process the order. Please use the Business Card Form in Hilltop Shop to place orders.

Specifications (See example below):

• 3.5" w x 1.75" h Plastic Name Badge with Round Corners.
• White Background, Engraved 2 Color Logo & Tag- Line.
• Up to 3 Lines of Personalized Text. Centered with Black Lettering. Upper and/or Lower Case
• Line 1: Name. 28 maximum characters
• Line 2: Title or Department. 38 maximum characters

• Choice of Fastener: Magnetic is the default, if Pin or Clip is preferred please specify in the order.
• Standard USF Name Badge price list can be viewed from the Name Badge Request Form in Hilltop Shop.

Important Notice:

If Name Badge orders do not meet the specifications as outlined, Purchasing Services may not process your request without the written approval from the Office of Marketing Communications.
