Test - StuEmp, Off-Campus Partners
Welcome, Off-Campus Partners!
The University of San Francisco partners with many off-campus agencies to provide meaningful work experiences to USF students through the Federal Work-Study (FWS) program. The Office of Student Employment coordinates off-campus work-study employment with qualified employers.
If you are visiting the myUSF website, you have likely already partnered with USF to employ FWS students at your organization. With the launch of USFWorks, USF's cloud-based human resources capital management and payroll system, at least one representative from each of our partner agencies is required to obtain and maintain access to the USFWorks system. This access allows our partners to:
- Post jobs
- Manage the recruiting process
- Hire FWS students
- Approve student timesheets
- And more!
Once a partner has been vetted and approved and a contract is signed, Student Employment staff will help to guide the partner through the intricacies of utilizing the USFWorks system and best practices for hiring and managing USF student workers.
For information about navigating USFWorks, off-campus partners can review the Supervisors website or contact Student Employment directly.
If you have not yet partnered with USF and are interested in participating in the University's Federal Work-Study program, you will find more information here. If you believe your agency meets the criteria to become a partner, return all agency requirements listed to StuEmp@usfca.edu. (Note: if your agency is renewing an existing agreement with the University, contact the Student Employment Office directly.)
