***Third year law students will have an allowance of $1,650 which includes California Bar Registration Fee, Application for Moral Character & Fitness, Multi-State Professional Responsibility Exam, Application to take California Bar Exam, and Cal Bar Examination laptop fee. If you would like to request some of the fees prior to third year, please contact the Law Financial Aid Office to inquire on submitting a budget appeal.

  • Tuition is based on an average enrollment for the academic year (fall and spring semesters). Tuition is charged per semester for full-time, per unit for part-time, and per unit for summer tuition.
    • Full-time JD- $27,565 per semester
    • Part-time JD- $1,950 per unit
    • Summer JD tuition is charged at $1,950 per unit
  • Fees include:
    • $40 AGSUSF fee is applied each fall and spring semester for a total annual fee of $80. This fee funds activities and events of the Associated Graduate Students.
    • The Student Bar Association (SBA) assesses a fee of $35 per semester for full-time students and $2.00 per unit for part-time students.
    • All students must pay a $5 per semester Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LRAP) fee. Tuition and fees for subsequent academic years have not yet been determined.
