Student Wearing Traditional Indian Clothing

Navratri is celebrated in Gujarat, a state in India. We celebrate with lots of sweets and strictly vegetarian food after 9 days of fasting. This involves a traditional dance called garba.

Who is Indian Student Organization? ISO is there to provide a cultural community that brings together students to celebrate Indian traditions, festivals, and shared experiences—especially for those who are far from home. Our events are open to everyone, and we aim to create a welcoming and inclusive space. Stay updated by following @iso_usfca on Instagram.
