Join us as we celebrate a bold new chapter.
Founded in 1988, The Center for Asia Pacific Studies at the University of San Francisco is relaunching this fall in partnership with the USF Center for Business Studies and Innovation in Asia Pacific (CBSI). Together, we’re building a dynamic, interdisciplinary platform that brings the humanities, social sciences, business, and technology into conversation – offering fresh insight into the Asia Pacific region in all its complexity and promise.
We invite you to be part of this exciting new beginning. Join us for an evening of celebration and reflection as we honor the legacy that brought us here and launch a new era of possibility. The evening will feature keynote remarks by Janet Yang, President of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, renowned for bridging Hollywood and the Asia Pacific through her groundbreaking career. Alongside her, a dynamic panel of experts in business and innovation will share fresh perspectives on the evolving Asia Pacific landscape. The program will conclude with a festive reception at Koret Lodge to celebrate this new chapter together.
