¡Ánimo! Latiné WellBeing and SelfCare Series

¡Ánimo! is a word used in the Latiné community to share encouragement, motivation, and uplifting vibes. Inspired by that spirit, this drop-in series offers Latiné students a supportive space to connect and learn tools to reduce stress and support well-being in college.

  • Session 3: Staying Steady During FinalsThursday - Learn simple strategies for getting started when motivation feels low and learn grounding and relaxation techniques to manage study related stress.
  • Facilitated by: Dr. Néstor Noyola and Cindy Villanueva, M.A.
Hosted by: Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) in collaboration with the Latiné Excellence and Belonging Initiative Working Group & Latiné Retention Initiative
  • This is NOT group therapy, and you do NOT have to be a CAPS client to join.
  • Open to all USF community members. If you need disability‑related accommodations or wheelchair access information, contact caps@office.usfca.edu
