The annual health insurance waiver period is now open. Students who are automatically enrolled in the USF-sponsored student health insurance plan and have comparable health insurance coverage may waive the plan by September 1.
The health insurance premium will automatically be charged to the student accounts of:
- Domestic undergraduate students enrolled in 9 or more units (excluding certificate and online programs)
- Domestic graduate students enrolled in 6 or more units (excluding certificate and online programs)
- International students and scholars enrolled in 1 or more unit
Important: Even if you waived the USF-sponsored plan last academic year, you must submit a new waiver each academic year.
