The annual health insurance enrollment period is now open. Students who are not automatically enrolled in the USF-sponsored student health insurance plan may be eligible to enroll during the annual open enrollment period.
Enrollment is available for:
- Part-time students enrolled in at least 3 units
- Students on an approved Leave of Absence (LOA)
- Students participating in Optional Practical Training (OPT) (for up to one academic year)
Submit your enrollment request by September 1.
