- Grow & Glow (G&G) brings mindfulness meditation, affirmation and intention setting, group processesing, and other integrative therapetuic tools tailored to the experiences of students who identify closely to the experiences of global majority womxn (Black, Indigenous, Latine, Asian, Mixed heritage, and other culturally expansive communities).
- Meets in person at CAPS on Fridays, starting 10/16/2026-12/11/2026 from 11:45am-12:45pm.
